Orioles vs. Twins

*Steve Pearce started his rehab assignment today, playing for the Orioles’ Gulf Coast League this morning. Pearce, who has been sidelined with an oblique injury, went 1-for-4.

He was eligible to come off the 15-day disabled list on August 3, so now it’s just a matter of when he’s ready.

Pearce, who batted .227/.290/.392 with seven homers and 24 RBIs in 58 games, is one of the Orioles more versatile players and has played first base, second base, designated hitter and the both corner outfield spots this year.

Is showalter crazy? Starting pitcher gives up 7 runs in 5 innings! Who is he routing for? I’ve been O’s fan for 55 years. He did the same thing last year and costed us the play offs, in fact he’s more worried about the pitch count then the game. Why doesn’t the GM come on the field and pull him and his pitching coach from the game. He’s killing us true Orioles fans. Buck has coached 2 teams and lost the ALS, replaced and both of those teams won ALS with the same players! Please help me understand

O’s 2nd game with twins…one has to ask.. Besides theO’s who else is paying showalter? Ok folks little league shit(not in a pennant race). Bring in relief pitcher(Brach) great inning, THEN decide to replace him with ODay who gives up THREE runs before thinks best to replace him! Real shame showalter does not understand the team with the most runs win!!! O’ pitching coach Wallace needs to go, he ain’t worth a crap!
