Hunter to start Saturday?
The Norfolk Tides, the Orioles’ Triple-A team, released their daily game notes earlier and Tommy Hunter isn’t listed. Hunter, who was supposed to start today, isn’t slated for any of the upcoming games with Norfolk, while the Orioles need a fifth starter for Saturday. Coincidence? Probably not.
We should get official word, or at least more clarity on the rotation, later this afternoon at Fenway Park. But it look as if Hunter is in line to start Saturday’s game versus the Phillies.

What about eveland or gonzalez? why bring up gonzalez if your not gonna use him? He started a couple of games at Norfolk. Last start threw no hit ball for 5 innings. Eveland has started a couple of games and hasn’t done too bad.
Britton’s not ready?
No. I wrote about him yesterday on Orioles.com- He was optioned to Triple-A and will continue to pitch there. Couldn’t go Saturday anyways.
hunter can throw too..he just has to find his location again..he is a good pitcher just cant find the strike zone this year, which hopefully he fixed in his minor league start last week
