*David Hernandez (left ankle sprain) threw 30 pitches of live batting practice for Double-A Bowie earlier today. He was clocked between 92-93 mph and the plan is to take two days off an thrown an inning, probably for Bowie again. Hernandez said he was in no pain and felt good afterwards. He’s about a week to 10 days away if he stays on schedule.
