Orioles/Tigers lineups and tidbits

Sorry for the delay. It’s always a little hectic when there’s a roster move. Such is the case today, when (as I speculated yesterday) the Orioles put Kevin Millwood on the 15-day DL. The move clears a spot for Felix Pie, and gives the Orioles a full 40-man roster.

*Garrett Atkins cleared waivers and was granted his release. He said in a text that there’s no news on his future plans at the moment.
*Chris Tillman is a frontrunner to start Saturday (which was Millwood’s next turn). He’s on Millwood’s schedule in Norfolk already. If not, look for Mark Hendrickson to make the spot start.
*Josh Bell is safe for the next few days, and could be the guy to go come Saturday if the O’s do recall Tillman.
