Britton on the mark
In his first start since being selected to represent the Orioles in this year’s Futures Game, Zach Britton continued to dominate for Double-A Bowie. Britton threw one of the best games of his career Friday night, giving up one run off four hits over a career-high eight innings.
He struck out nine batters with just one walk, as his ERA dropped to 2.48, third-best in the Eastern League.
