Down on the Farm- Hobgood
Matt Hobgood got his first win at Class-A Delmarva today in his second start. The Orioles 2009 first-round pick, Hobgood tossed six stellar innings. He struck out four and allowed just two runs on four hits and didn’t issue a walk.
The Delmarva Shorebirds defeated the Greensboro Grasshoppers 6-4 in the series finale to secure the 1,000th win in the history of the franchise.
