Pie good to go
Felix Pie said he
felt fine following yesterday’s plunking, he even rolled up his jeans this
morning to show me the part of his lower leg that was hit. There was nothing
there, not even a bruise, which is good news for the Orioles. Of course the
X-ray coming back negative was the first sign that Pie was in the clear.
Manager Dave Trembley
said he expects Nolan Reimold and
Pie to split the DH duties in this afternoon’s game. Most of the regular
position players will get two at-bats in the final Grapefruit League tune-up.
